Yogyakarta, September 2024 – In an effort to cultivate a more meaningful work culture with a focus on emotional and spiritual intelligence, the Human Resources Directorate (DSDM) of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) successfully held the Webinar “Emotional and Spiritual Motivation: Boost The Spirit, Break The Limit by Novety Training & Consulting” on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM WIB. This engaging event aimed to support the development of stress management skills, improve interpersonal capabilities, and enhance self-motivation among UGM’s Supporting Staff (Tendik).

The webinar was conducted in collaboration with Novety Training & Consulting, bringing in Mr. Nofel Windo, S.Si., M.M., a distinguished expert in emotional and spiritual well-being, as the guest speaker. During the session, Mr. Windo guided participants in exploring their personal potential through an emotional and spiritual lens, emphasizing the importance of balancing mental resilience with emotional intelligence.
