By the end of the training, participants demonstrated a stronger understanding of communication strategies, with many expressing interest in more advanced courses on the subject.

While the majority found the MOOC format effective, some suggested adding more live discussions and role-playing exercises to improve practical learning experiences. Additionally, 47% of participants preferred fully online training, while 21% favored a hybrid model combining online theory with offline practice.
