The Directorate of Human Resources (DSDM) has held Basic Training (Pelatihan Dasar/Latsar) For Universitas Gadjah Mada Supporting Staff in 2022. Basic Training is a debriefing for UGM new Supporting Staffs (Tenaga Kependidikan) to be a debriefing to achieve and complete UGM’s vision and mission and UGM’s General Policy. Latsar participants received material on education personnel’s ability to solve administrative problems, communication skills, and teamwork.
Latsar for Supporting Staff opens on Monday, March 21, 2022. There were 195 participants in two batches, namely on 22-24 March 2022 and 28-31 March 2022. Latsar for Supporting Staff online using the Zoom Meeting Application officially opened by the Director of Human Resources, Dr. Ratminto, M. Pol. Admin. The lecturers or resource persons in the Latsar for Supporting Staff are lecturers/experts who are competent in their fields. Some of the materials given were: Introduction to Organizational Structure and Governance of UGM, Actualization of UGM Values at Work, Becoming a Character Employee and Inspiring Change, Why we are here; Why Become a UGM Education Personnel?, Great is You, Effective Communication, Career Development for Education Personnel, and Human Resources Management to Support the Career Development of Education Personnel.
One of the participants of the Latsar for Supporting Staff UGM 2022, Muflikhun from the Directorate of Research, stated, “Thanks to the committee for presenting very competent resource persons, although the implementation of the training was conducted online, the resource persons had delivered the material well, made us more grateful and could motivate us to work even better.” By participating in the Latsar for Supporting Staff, participants can inspire and inspire employees to become leaders with character and inspire change. Supporting Staff have to be professional with the character of UGM values. In addition, UGM Supporting Staff can understand the career development of Education Personnel at UGM and recognize Personnel Administration to support Career Development. (DSDM/Rista)
