Continuous development of human resources is a key factor in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage for any organization. Desired human resources are those possessing qualifications, competencies, and performances that align with the organization’s goals. Thus, there arises a necessity for a competency development program tailored for employees, which can be executed through various means, with training being a prominent one.
