As work environments become increasingly demanding, institutions recognize the importance of fostering a supportive culture where employees feel mentally and emotionally secure.
“This webinar is part of UGM’s continuous effort to create a healthy work environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. Mental well-being is not just an individual concern but a collective responsibility,” said a representative from UGM’s Directorate of Human Resources.
Participants actively engaged in the discussion, raising questions about stress management, burnout prevention, and work-life balance. Many appreciated the practical strategies shared by the speaker, which they found applicable to their daily professional lives.
