On Thursday, 15 September 2022, the Directorate of Human Resources of Gadjah Mada University (DSDM UGM) held a Workshop on the Ministerial Regulations of Education Regulations, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 27 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for Giving Further Studies to Civil Servants in collaboration with the Bureau of Human Resources, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud-Ristek). The online socialization was attended by the Deputy Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources, echelon 3 officials at KPTU, and the Head of the Faculty and School Administration Office at UGM. This workshop aims to socialize the new regulation on further studies, namely Permendikbud (Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology) Number 27 concerning Guidelines for Giving Further Studies for Civil Servants.
Director of Human Resources, Dr. Ratminto, M.Pol.Admin., had the opportunity to open the socialization event. He stated that the new Permendikbud No. 27 would be valid for Prospective Civil Servants at UGM. The socialization continued with an explanation of the profile of Gadjah Mada University employees, which included statistics on the distribution of active employees to employees who were carrying out further studies by the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Data and Administration of Education and Training, Erika Purnawati, S.Kom., M.Cs. Next, the dissemination of the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 27 regarding Guidelines for Giving Further Studies to Civil Servants by Yoga Muktiadhi Wiyono, SE, MBA, together with Clara Megantari, SH, who is the Competency Development Analyst of the Ministry of Education and Research and Technology HR Bureau. The socialization of Permendikbud Number 27 includes changing the types of Assigned Further Studies (Tugas Belajar/Tubel) into four kinds of Tugas Belajar, including Tubel released from Position Duties, Tubel not being removed from Positional Duties, Independent Tubel released from Position Duties, and Independent Tubel not being removed from Positional Duties. The socialization presentation ended with a question-and-answered session and the SK Learning Task template submission. With this socialization, the work units hopefully can pass on information on the new advanced study mechanism to lecturers and education staff in their respective work units. (DSDM/RISTA)
