The dynamics of campus life development create particular challenges that must be addressed quickly, precisely, and thoroughly. Universitas Gadjah Mada must balance the construction of complex physical building infrastructure in terms of intensity, technology, and the need for facilities and infrastructure with increased emergency response equipment and human resources in preparedness and response to emergencies and conditions. The Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Central Building is a cultural heritage building with a fire hazard level. Building occupants who carry out daily activities in the room must have the right to equip themselves with disaster preparedness to consciously identify potential hazards and know standard operating procedures for evacuation in the event of a disaster. Staff must understand the building fire safety arrangements as a means of prevention and education to minimize risks due to disasters. Establish guidelines and simulate disaster relief as a comprehensive disaster awareness and preparedness effort.
