Yogyakarta, June 18, 2025 – Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), through its Directorate of Human Resources, has successfully conducted the Digitalization of General Administration Training to equip educational staff with the latest competencies in managing administrative processes in a digital era. Held online from June 16–18, 2025, the training was attended by 169 participants, all from the category of educational staff, with 69% UGM employees and 31% civil servants (PNS). Participants represented both the Central Administration Office (35%) and faculties/schools (65%), ensuring broad institutional coverage.

Yogyakarta, June 12, 2025 – Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), through its Directorate of Human Resources, has successfully conducted the Performance Management Training for lecturers and educational staff. Held on June 11–12, 2025, the program brought together 415 participants, consisting of 388 educational staff and 27 lecturers, reflecting UGM’s strong commitment to strengthening a culture of accountability, effectiveness, and professional growth.
Yogyakarta, May 28, 2025 – Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has strengthened its commitment to capacity building for educational staff by organizing the Introductory Accounting Training through MOOC UGM Online, complemented by synchronous Zoom sessions. Yogyakarta, April 30, 2025 – Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has once again demonstrated its commitment to improving service quality and professionalism by organizing the Excellent Service Training (Pelatihan Pelayanan Prima) for educational staff. Held on April 30, 2025, the program brought together 144 participants from various faculties, schools, and central administrative units, with the largest proportion (59%) representing academic units and 41% from the Central Administration Office (KPTU).
